We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless their is an error with your order. Please email us and send applicable pictures within (1) business days of receiving item. We reserve the right to issue store credit or replace the item.

Turnaround time=14-16 business days (holidays & weekends do not count)

We ship flat rate using UPS Ground. We provide tracking numbers via PM, email from us, and Pirate Ship with estimated delivery date. However, once the item is transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays or other errors. All items are insured and SSM will assist in locating your package, but a claim will need to be filed by both parties.

Do not wash in washing machine. Try to spot clean ONLY with cloth using gentle soap.
