  • Return/Refunds/Exchanges

    NO returns, refunds, or exchanges on tees. Please notify us via email at customerservice@sweetsouthernmess.com or website chat within (1) business day if you feel there is a error with your tee. We will do our VERY BEST to make it right. We reserve the right to issue store credit. If you feel WE made an error (for ex. size, design, color, placement, etc), you must send pics. We may refund, exchange, or credit your account. If a refund is issued, please allow up to (2) weeks for processing.

  • Turnaround Time (TAT)

    Your turnaround time (TAT) begins DATE OF PAYMENT, NOT DATE OF ORDER. Currently we are running on a 15-30 BUSINESS DAY TAT!! If we see we may or do exceed that time, YOU will be notified. You may message/email about your order at anytime, however we do ask to keep production moving smoothly, please count the biz days from date of payment to help determine completion date. Business days are M-F (excluding weekends, major holidays, and personal days off).

  • Rush Orders

    We do NOT rush orders at the last minute. We strive to ONLY sell our customers high quality items they are proud to wear. However, if you NEED an order by a SPECIFIC DATE, this MUST be communicated at time of order and agreed upon by Sweet Southern Mess, LLC. Rush fees may apply.

  • Shipping Times/Methods

    We ship the majority of items using USPS. Larger packages are shipping using UPS. To save YOU money, we strive to ship they most dependable, economical, and quickest method. USPS first-class=allow 2-8 days for delivery. USPS priority=2-5 days for delivery. These are ONLY examples. ONLY CHOSE WHOLESALE SHIPPING if you are local pick up OR you are ordering wholesale (10+ tees), have respectable state resale certificate, and Tax ID. Otherwise your order will be cancelled/refunded.

  • Liability of Packages

    Once a package is dropped off/picked up by USPS/UPS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE for lost packages, stolen packages, etc. However, we will assist in the process!! We want you to receive your item. Therefore, we highly suggest choosing USPS Priority (ability to file claims & insurance). In the event of a lost/stolen package, etc please reach out to your local post office FIRST. Also, please note we send out tracking #’s, through PirateShip email, website generated email (if ordered online), and often FB.

  • Loyalty Program/Promo Codes/FB Group
