Shipping Policy
The majority of items flat rate, UPS Ground (2-5 business days). Only packages that significantly exceed paid shipping fee will be shipped UPS Ground Advantage (5-7 business days). You will receive an email with tracking information & info will be available via account on website. Be aware that we are NOT liable once your item is scanned by shipping carrier. However, we will ALWAYS assist as much as possible w/ lost or significantly delayed items.
Turnaround Time (TAT) Policy
Turnaround time (TAT) is 14-16 business days plus shipping time to you. We ship UPS Ground which is usually 2-5 days, depending how far away you are from our location. Designated vacation days and/or unexpected sick days do not count towards TAT. You will be notified if we are outside of TAT.
