SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all over USA & Canada. We prefer to ship UPS Ground for faster and more reliable shipping. We are not responsible for item once scanned and handed over to the shipping carrier. We will always assist with “lost” orders. This would not count towards TAT. Any shipping time does not count towards TAT.
RETURN POLICY
No returns, refunds, exchanges due to the custom nature of the design. If SSM makes an error with your order, contact us within (1) business day of receiving your order with pictures, if applicable. If you are unhappy with your order we want to know. Please contact us.
